What About Remodeling Just a Shower?

We get a lot of requests to just convert a tub/shower to a stand-alone ceramic shower stall without changing the floor tile or vanity. This can be done but since the shower is the most complicated part of the bathroom (requiring Schulter® waterproofing, plumbing, ceramic tile work and plumbing fixtures) it typically costs between $20,000 and $23,000.

An alternative might be to install a Sterling® fiberglass shower stall unit or use the solid surface product, Fibo Wall Board Panel system. That could lower the costs to $12,000 to $14,000.
