Complete Kitchen Overhaul on Meadow Cross Way in East York

We designed this kitchen staying within the original footprint of the old kitchen. Replacing the original cherry cabinetry with Fabuwood’s Allure Fusion in the Dove, a soft creamy white. The complimenting center island color is Stone, a natural medium grey hue. (2) 30” wide Fabuwood floating Walnut shelves were stacked and placed to left upper wall of the kitchen sink. LG’s Viatera Everest quartz countertops were selected, with various shades of white, gray, and black marbling. Resembling the works of Michelangelo, the layering of these three colors give this design richness and depth, creating a unique textured appearance. Italian ceramic field tiles from Ceramiehe D'Arte, were installed on the backsplash in the San Marcos line in Matte Tortora, in an interesting mixture of shades of greys and beiges. Berenson’s Aspire pulls and knobs hardware in Verona Bronze was installed on the cabinetry. The Aspire Collection focuses on curves and straight lines, giving a sleek and sophisticated look. Two glass double door inserts with LED downlighting in the coffee bar area allows the homeowners to display decorative glassware and collectibles. A Kichler Tuscany 22" Wide Oiled Bronze 5-Light Chandelier with 5 Dimmable 60-watt Edison Bulbs was installed with matching 9” pendants above the sink and island. An Elkay Quartz Classic 33" undermount double basin quartz composite kitchen sink in Greige with matching strainers was installed with a Moen Belfield 1.5 GPM High-Arc single handle kitchen faucet with MotionSense™ Technology in Oil Rubbed Bronze along with a Moen, traditional deck mounted soap dispenser and oil rubbed bronze disposal air button on the countertop.

Mannington’s Adura® Flex, Regency Oak, in Aged Bronze, luxury vinyl plank was installed in family room, dining room, foyer, office, sitting room, powder room, hall, kitchen and laundry area. It provides a wonderful blend of light and dark tones that creates an elegant backdrop.
