Seven Valleys Bathroom Remodeling In York, PA

Seven valleys bathroom remodeling in york pa

This swanky master bathroom ensuite contains everything that makes a women’s heart throb. From the free-standing soaking tub to the walk-in shower to the His and Hers vanities this bathroom packs a powerful punch. This new bathroom was once part of the master bedroom. We redesigned the bed and bathroom and added a large walk-in closet off the bathroom. We installed a white oval shaped Interquatic slipper tub with an integrated Delta Lahara roman tub filler in Champagne bronze.

For the walk-in shower we used Floridatile’s Precious Calacatta 12x24 tile on the walls in a running bond pattern and Lungarno’s Simplestone mosaic penny round tile in Bianco on the shower pan floor and incorporated an 12x20 shower niche. We installed a Luxart Aerro handheld system with a slide bar in brushed bronze in the shower. A small water resistant Impervia Pella window was added in the shower. A small cultured marble corner shelf was added for shaving or can be utilized for additional storage. The shower stall was designed to be doorless for easy access however a glass dividing panel wall was installed on the right side which sits on a tiled kneewall.

Dark walnut LVP was installed throughout the floor of the bed and bathroom areas.

Two His and Hers Allure, Galaxy, Horizon vanity cabinets from Fabuwood were installed with white 17” oval undermount Kohler Caxton sinks. Berenson gold-toned pulls and knobs were installed for cabinet hardware. Viatera’s Etude Quartz was used on the countertops, it’s a warm bright white design with grey and gold long thin veins that criss cross the slab. Delta’s Lahara wide spread faucets were selected in Champagne Bronze for the lav faucets. Vanity mirrors with matching wood trim were installed above each vanity. A one-piece rounded Kohler white San Souci toilet with AquaPiston technology was selected.

Sheer shades for the window treatments were selected from BlindsGalore. A white contemporary frosted 3-paneled sliding barn door was added between the new bed and bathrooms. The walls were painted with Sherwin’s Williams Swimming SW# 6764, it’s a gorgeous pastel in aqua, paired with bright white trim moldings.

The stunning chandelier lighting fixture which hangs above the freestanding tub and elegant vanity wall sconces were meticulously chosen by the homeowner which sets the tone of the entire space. Additional LED lighting was strategically placed in the ceilings as well.
