Warm Creamy White Painted Cabinetry Paired With Organic Wood-Grained Timber Kitchen Remodel in East York

Warm Creamy White Painted Cabinetry Paired Organic Wood-Grained Timber Kitchen Remodel in East York

The original mid-tone cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, mosaic glass backsplash, and tan linoleum flooring shouted the early 2000’s in this latest kitchen renovation update. We preserved the original kitchen layout but just by tweaking a few design concepts this outdated kitchen turned into the WOW factor.

We installed 51” custom Fabuwood Galaxy Linen wall cabinetry, the increase cabinet height created additional storage space while making the room appear larger. Decorative 3” crown molding in matching Linen was installed at the ceiling. Fabuwood’s Linen, blends subtle shades of ivory and off-white with a delicate warmth. Fabuwood’s Galaxy Timber with a rich warm golden hue with organic woodgrain was used to create a 6ft center island which houses the new pullout 35 QT RevAShelf double trash bin. Berenson’s Subtle Surge 128mm hardware pulls in Vintage Nickel were installed on the cabinetry.

Viatera’s Aria LG quartz with a square eased edge was applied to the perimeter cabinets and on the island. Aria is composed of an alabaster color with a creamy eggshell background that makes it a perfect backdrop with black marbling.

Zen Paradise’s 1.75” creamy marble natural stone from Indonesia mosaic hexagon backsplash was installed with light almond grout. The individual hexagons made from onyx, basalt and marble jewels are cut, tumbled, and woven into a blanket of beautiful mosaic color.

Ruvati’s 32-inch Undermount 50/50 Double Bowl 16 Gauge Stainless Steel Kitchen Sink - RVM4300 was installed along with Delta’s 19802Z-DST Lenta Chrome 1.8GPM 3H Single Lever Handle Kitchen Faucet.

Delta’s Clarifi™ a Tankless Reverse Osmosis System, DWQ1001012 was installed. Clarifi™ is a 6 Stage Reverse Osmosis System, proven to reduce more than 90 contaminants, including chlorine, chloramine, microplastics, PFAS, lead, arsenic, heavy metals, chemicals, nitrates, pharmaceuticals and more. Best of all, it is installed directly underneath the sink cabinet and it’s the size of a small computer tower. It’s paired with a chrome Delta 1940-DST Contemporary Square Beverage Faucet.

Three Kichler Omerta 9 1/2" wide brushed nickel clear glass mini pendant were hung above the center island. Dimmable low voltage LED under-cabinet lighting and LED high hats were strategically installed throughout the ceiling.

Passenger, sandstone-inspired with creamy warm vanilla white and soft gray striations 12x24 Porcelain Floor Tile by Florida Tile with Alabaster grout was installed throughout the project.
